17-year old Kylie Jenner has been handed over her first major lawsuit, on Wednesday Nov. 5 for causing two automobile accidents back in August 2013!
According to TMZ the young reality star is been sued 'for being a negligent driver' after prompting a three car pileup just 18 days after obtaining her license on her 16th birthday.
The site reports that on August 28, 2013, Kylie was driving her new black 125,000 Mercedes-Benz G550 in her Calabasas neighborhood when an onlooker witnessed the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star hit a Toyota vehicle that was stopped in traffic, causing it to slam into a Subaru car in front.
In the details recalled by the lawsuit papers, the woman who was driving the Subaru blamed the young star for starting the chain reaction that ultimately damaged the back bumper of her white SUV.
The same accuser is also suing Kylie's mother Kris Jenner who is believed to be the registered owner of the black Mercedes.
