Students Sit on Floor, Windows to receive Classes in Lagos High Schools

Some high schools in Lagos, Nigeria are without adequate infrastructures like studying desk and chairs for student to sit during lecture hours according to Vanguard.

Despite parents contribution for the provision of desk and chairs, students are seen sitting on floor, windows and tyres to receive classes. Classes look overcrowded to permit adequate learning.

My concern is aside heaping the blames on government, where are the Alumni of this schools? Are not any successful among them in the society to make donations to this school? If not in cash, maybe purchasing desks and chairs.


We can't continue to wait for  government particularly those not reliable. Or guys what do you think?
