More Than 40 Million People Have Watched This Stunning Body Image Video (Optical Illusion)

A new video, simply titled "Body Image," and posted to artist Jody Steel's Facebook page has been viewed over 40 million times in the 24 hours since it was uploaded.  Jody Steel  is an artist previously known for her well-known "leg drawings."

German has World's best Passports travel access in 2016 and world`s worst revealed

The 2016 Visa Restrictions Index rank countries as how their citizens can explore the world without limitation. This year the travel document that opens more doors than any other at the international borders  isn't a U.S. passport but German passport.

German citizens, it seems, have the potential for the greatest mobility in the travel world.
With a German passport, travelers can enter 177 out of 218 countries and territories without a visa, according to the 2016 Visa Restrictions Index.

This year, it shows that citizenship of a superpower doesn't carry the clout it once did.
The United States, which ranked first in 2014 and 2015, has now dropped to fourth place. Belgium, Denmark and Netherlands stand alongside the U.S. in fourth.

Immediately behind Germany, holding its position as runner-up for the second year running, is Sweden with visa-free access to 176 countries.

4 Ways To Stop Absorbing Other People’s Negative Energy

When you’ve let a chronically negative person into your life, it can be hard to evict their toxic energy once they’ve moved on. These are four useful ways to keep from absorbing that negative energy.

1. Take responsibility for yourself.
The way you feel and the things you do is completely up to you. Maybe we’re tested by some of the people who enter our lives, but all things considered, you’re the one in charge of how you feel. You simply must make a conscious decision not to be impacted by the energy of negative people. That’s step number one.

Dermatoglyphics – What Your Fingerprints Say About Who You Are

There is a scientific study of fingerprints called Dermatoglyphics, and it helps us understand how the patterns on our fingertips relate to our personality and behavioral patterns.

Loops are the most common pattern for Europeans. It corresponds with a calm and balanced personality. People with such fingerprints are usually sympathetic and try to help others; they are also quick to make friends. While very diligent and responsible, they rarely take initiative.
The major source of information and feelings for such people is interaction with others.

Safety Tips to securing your ATM card.

Hi Peeps, thought it will be good to share from my bank via email

1. Keep your PIN Secret. DO NOT write your Personal Identification Number (PIN) on paper or give it out to anyone, including friends and family, and do not reveal it to anyone over the phone. Avoid using numbers that are easily identified (birth date, phone number, etc.) with your personal identity. Report lost or stolen cards immediately.

2. Review your card account frequently. If you notice any irregularities e.g. charges on items you didn’t order, cash withdrawals you didn’t make, etc. Put a call to us immediately to report this.

Omonike Omuya: Who Will Marry Linda Ikeji?

Linda Ikeji Tell me that thought didn’t occur to you, the typically traditional Nigerian you, when you saw pictures of what to over half the population could be described as a mansion. I mean it puts into context what rich is or at least what rich can get you and just as firmly it puts into context what being a woman can be, beyond being someone’s woman.

I was walking down a London high street yesterday, when I spotted a black woman wrapped in a long black and white tweed jacket and almost knee- high black boots. Something about her short jerry curled hair reminded me of someone whose storyline sparked angst in my head and I broke out in hives of protest, shooting a sudden question at my companion; “why do women follow a man just to live in another country? Why do young girls follow a man to get phones, hair extensions, clothes, shoes, bags, a diamond engagement ring, cars, accommodation, and placement for jobs… even an identity? Why do they think they can’t get it, whatever their “it” is, on their own?”

Etiquette expert William Hanson explains the proper way to eat.

SPAGHETTI

The one golden rule with pasta is never to cut it, an act of culinary terrorism in Italy, no less, according to WilliamSpaghetti can be a minefield and is best avoided in formal social situations
Spaghetti can be a nightmare for diners and is best avoided in formal social situations...the one golden rule with pasta is never to cut it, an act of culinary terrorism in Italy, no less, according to William (pictured). This is eaten with a fork alone and never cut with a knife. The idea of using a spoon as well comes from the USA but is not practised in authentic Italian homes or upmarket British ones. Spaghetti can be messy, so avoid ordering this on a date or when dining with clients.
