Photo is supposed to Show wounded Soldiers But... Why are they wounded yet on Full Camouflage Uniform?

The picture above showing Pres. Jonathan visiting wounded soldiers at the Military hospital while he visited Maiduguri Yesterday. But something isn't right which have raised so many questions like why are injured soldiers wearing full camouflage while on treatment?  No bandages, No hospital drip stand...this looks like a staged or camp place -mosquito net in Nigeria hospital, this clean? Am just thinking aloud. What do you guys think?
