SHOCKING! Chinese Stepmother Whips and Kicks A Toddler For Wetting Herself

Caught on camera, a Chinese stepmother launches vicious attack on young girl because she wet herself. 

She whips the toddler 87 times with a branch during prolonged attack the girl wailed in agony and terror. She kicked her 14 times, slapped her in the face 8 times and stamps on the girl.

Yet Chinese police refused to arrest the woman despite the callous act being filmed.

So cruel to treat a child like that.
