I wonder if dogs now have prisons...:-?
Two dogs that attacked a four-year old boy, Omonigho weeks ago (read here) are been prosecuted along with their owner, Stanley Wesley who left them unchained at the Ejigbo Magistrate court, Lagos State Western Nigeria.
Stanley was charged of negligence, for not confining the dogs under the Criminal Code. According to update only the court will determine the fate of the dogs.
