A deaconess at at the Divine Touch Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Old NEPA Road, Phase 4, Kubwa, was reportedly beheaded and stabbed in the stomach and leg by her killers, but a statement by the police has already debunked that claim

 The husband of a female preacher hacked to the death in Abuja has shed more light into the gruesome murder of the 42 year-old mother of seven, Mrs. Eunice Elisha, the wife of a Redeemed Pastor who was murdered in cold blood in the early hour of Saturday July 9th by suspected Muslim fanatics while evangelizing around Gbazango and Pipeline area of Kubwa, a satellite town in Nigeria's Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

It was learnt that her killers left her in the pool of her blood and carefully put her "severed head on her Bible, with megaphone and cell phone beside her dead body" but the Commissioner of Police in a statement said her body was intact.

Following the death of two American black men this week killed by police officers  on duty, there has been nationwide protest across the United States with #Blacklivesmatter.

Last night, four gunman have shot 11 police officers - killing at least five officers.  The coordinated shooters opened fire from 'elevated positions', picking off officers 'ambush style' as they manned a protest over the deaths of two black men, police chief David Brown said.

Three of the gunmen are in custody. A fourth man, who was engaged in a shootout with police from a parking garage, has killed himself with a shot to the head. The gunman told officers bombs have been planted across Dallas and that 'the end is coming'. Officers found a suspicious package near where one of the gunmen was caught and a bomb squad are dealing with it.

A gruesome video (links) shows a heroic policeman taking on one of gunmen, but being gunned down by the shooter before being shot again execution-style from point-blank range.

As many as three officers are in critical condition and a female member of the public was also shot. It is not known if the shooters were protesters, however they appear to have been militarily trained. Their motive is not clear.

Texas Mom Kills her Two Daughters Over Family Dispute: Daughter set to Marry in 3 days

So sad, what would have pushed a mother to commit such an heinous crime. A Texas Woman, 42-year-old Christy Sheats, gunned down her two daughters Taylor Sheats, 23, and her 17-year-old sister Madison on Friday evening over a family dispute and it's now been revealed that Taylor was supposed to wed three days after her killing.

A police officer fatally shot the mother around 5 p.m. on Friday after arriving to the family’s subdivision to find Sheats shooting at one of her daughters in the street.

 Taylor (picture below) and her longtime boyfriend had set their wedding date for Monday, according to a Facebook post from his relative cited by KTRK-TV.

After days of surveillance at his hideout, RRS operatives this afternoon picked up Lekan Shonde, the man who allegedly beat his wife, Ronke Shonde, to death at their home in Lagos last week. He was arrested at his hideout in Ikeja, Lagos state. The RRS command tracked him to a location in Ikeja on Saturday and then mobilized to pick him up.

Brother kills his older brother over a cheeseburger

A 25 year old Florida man, Benjamin Angus Middendorf, has been arrested and charged with first degree murder in the death of his older brother whom he shot and killed on Thursday in an argument over a cheeseburger, Police said.
 He shot his 28 year old brother Nicholas Middendorf once in the chest, Fox 35 Orlando reported.
In a 911 call released by the St. Cloud Police Department, Benjamin Middendorf said.

“We were in a fight and I grabbed a gun and I shot him. Oh my God!”

His mother then took the phone from him and told the dispatcher during the 911 call that her son had killed her other son.

Lagos husband who allegedly killed his wife and mother of his 2 children, Ronke Shonde in Lagos on Friday, has given his side of the story while in hiding.

 

Lekan Shonde spoke to PUNCH Metro over the phone line provided by his in-law, Bolatito, which was confirmed by the police spokesperson, Dolapo Badmos. Mr. Shonde told Punch correspondent that his wife, Ronke provoked him on Thursday when she described how her lover slept with her in a hotel in Abuja on Thursday night.
Lekan, a depot worker in the Apapa area of Lagos State, said his wife of eight years changed after she allegedly started dating the general manager of a publishing company she worked for.XX 

 

He said his late mother had warned him against marrying Ronke but he ignored his mother's warnings and still married Ronke, a decision he regrets.
