North Korean scientists have announced a vaccine they believe will prevent not only MERS but Ebola and a number of cancers.As well as being a preventative for a number of potentially epidemic viruses, North Korea claims Kumdang-2 has shown a 62 per cent success rate in completely curing HIV in studies done in Africa.The drug has been around since 1996 acording to state run media and was responsible for curing bouts of bird flu in 2006 and 2013.
The official Korean Central News Agency said scientists developed Kumdang-2 from ginseng grown from fertilizer mixed with rare-earth elements and prevents viral infections by boosting the immune system.
