20,000 People Dressed as beasts and Devils in PVC Costumes Descend on German Town Festival

Around 20,000 people take to the streets in Leipzig for the annual Wave Gothic festival which celebrates a dark subculture that's spotted in the mainstream. The weird and wonderful costumes are often a little naughty, heavy on the PVC and rather revealing while some take an industrial twist on the 19th-century dress, it's fair to say the people are a diverse mix.
