Still on election, the Federal High Court has issued a rule that stops the management of AIT and NTA from airing any damaging documentary on the Vice Presidential Candidate of the APC, Prof Yemi Osinbajo.
Following Prof Osinbajo law suit on March 10th seeking an order restraining the TV stations under the control of NBC from a violation of his 'right to dignity. right to privacy, and right to life'.
Today, Justice John Tsoho ordered the broadcasting companies to maintain the status quo pending the hearing and determination of the applicant’s motion on notice for interlocutory injunction. NBC was also joined as respondents in the suit. The matter has been adjourned to March 13th for further hearing.
