A  new list has revealed exactly what workers need to do to keep their six figure salaries- and the positions the search engine giant consider the most prized.
 
Business Insider has compiled the top 20 highest-paying jobs at Google.
The data had been submitted the website Glassdoor, where former and current employees anonymously review a company.
 
The best-paying position at the company was determined to be a finance direction, while engineers predictably featured throughout. However designers, communications executives and operations managers are held in high regard.

1.) Finance director - $339,000-a-year 
The easiest way to make money at Google is to be the person looking after the money - managing section budgets and financial statements .
 
2.) Engineering director - $272,370-a-year 
The person responsible for all aspects of engineering and the other engineers

 
3.) Business operations principal - $253,287-a-year  
 Working directly with Google's executive team
 
4.) Group product manager -  $247,996
The medium between all other departments on projects and new products 
 
5.) Senior staff engineer -  $207,555 
The head engineers of each department - a crucial position 
 
6.) Lead software engineer - $206,272-a-year
 'Digital architects', who are also responsible for other staff
