Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive face down in a bathtub on Saturday by friend Max Lomas, who has reportedly asked for immunity by his lawyer before he talks again to police.
The investigation however centers around Nick Gordon, as certain injuries found on Bobbi Kristina has piqued police interest.
According to TMZ, Max Lomas was the friend who discovered Bobbi Kristina in the bathtub. He arrived at 9 AM on Saturday, but hung out with Nick not Bobbi Kristina who he was told was in the bedroom.
A cable guy showed up at around 10 AM and Max let him in. Nick was nowhere to be found at that time. The cable guy needed access to the bedroom and Max let him in only to discover Bobbi Kristina in the tub. He called out for Nick — who ran in and administered CPR.
The report adds:
We’re told Max claims Nick allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains.
Cops interviewed both Max and Nick and they want to debrief Max again, but our law enforcement sources say Max’s lawyer insisted on immunity before he spoke again. We’re told as of Friday morning Max hadn’t gotten immunity or talked to cops.
Our sources say Nick Gordon has also lawyered up.. We could not reach Nick for comment
