For the second successive game in this competition South Africa went in front through a 46th minute strike from Oupa Manyisa.But Senegal have somehow mastered how to come back in games that they are chasing, doing just that in their game against South Africa.Kara Mbodj leveled for the Terranga Lions in the 59th minute, which earned them a draw.
Senegal top the group with four points, with Algeria and Ghana both occupying second and third positions respectively on three points each. South Africa are last in the group with just a point.
The last group game will now determine which two teams will progress to the quarter-finals.
