Photos: The British Royalty Pays Tribute to 9/11 Victims at Memorial in Manhattan

Following the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge tour of New York City, they royal couple on Tuesday morning  paid tribute to the victims of September 11 at the 9/11 Memorial in Manhattan.

They brace through the rain as she and William laid white roses at the Memorial. The couple are set to return to London Tuesday night, but before then will see a dance performance in Harlem, have lunch with members of the British community and visit the famed Empire State Building, all before a dinner at the Metropolitan Museum of Art to raise money for their alma matter, The University of St. Andrews.
