A Cell Phone shows footage of a police officer appearing to punch a 15-year-old girl in Mesa, Arizona.
This video posted on Facebook since Friday has been 1.8 million times since. The victim was said to have been punched twice according to the man who filmed the incidence (see his post below)
Teen who quickly put in a choke-hold and can be heard yelling 'I can't breathe' as her mom begs with the officers to let her go.
Absurd part of the incidence is that the man who filmed the incident claimed the police officer tried to delete the video and told him they 'could have shot her (the victim) dead' for her actions.
