Corruption and Stealing a View from President Obama and Pres. Jonathan

This is the stance of President Goodluck Jonathan from Africa view and the President Obama from the developed nations perspective. Lol! This is not to say there are no stealing and corruption in advance societies but publicly denouncing would shun such thought in the mind of their citizen.

Probably pres. Jonathan has a different interpretation of his statement which was misguided by the public. He may be seeing stealing as an act of carrying a gun but failed to see the most common kind of stealing which Pen robbery. Pen robbery is the most easiest, subtle and huge way to loot Nigeria money. Common in every public and private institutions. Let me stop here.
