A Hungarian performer has sued Beyoncé with claims the Grammy-winning singer used her voice without permission for her hit song Drunk In Love
The lawsuit filed by Monika Miczura, also known as Mitsou, claimed that Beyoncé, husband Jay Z and producer Timbaland used a Roma folk song she recorded in 1995 for the first 13 seconds of the song, according to an article on Monday by TMZ.
The lawsuit was seeking damages and also a court order prohibiting anyone from playing the song with her voice.
