Teenager Shot, Slashed Throat Of 73-Year-Old Man As Walked His Dog

An Indiana teenager appeared in court accused of murdering a 73-year-old man.
Maxwell Winkler, 17, was arrested Tuesday and charged with murder in the death of Henry Kim.

Police say he killed Kim while the 73-year-old was walking in his neighborhood. A person walking their dog found Kim`s body.

Autopsy results show Kim was shot three times and suffered a cut on his neck.
