Violence At The Delta State Council Election Poll

What happens when the really election comes?
Just ordinary local council election in Warri North, Delta Stat  turned violent yesterday at the headquarters, Koko, over a dispute following alleged disappearance of result sheets.
Guardian news report that the APC State Organizing Secretary, Mr. Aghorimoye Mene, explained that the result sheet for the council was allegedly removed on Friday night by agents of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Election did not start as scheduled and Delta State Independent Electoral Commission (DSIEC) vehicle slipped out of the police headquarters to an unknown destination at exactly 1.20 pm under armed escort by soldiers.
Mene said : “There is just no way we can have a free and fair election in the absence of result sheets. We will not allow election to take place except we are shown the result sheets. The people’s votes must count this time around.”
The thugs, armed with weapons who came emerged  from different directions attacking the aggrieved crowd, who insisted on the examination of result sheet before voting, these were allegedly mostly supporters of the APC.
Contrary to what the Delta State Governor Uduaghan said, "the elections as one of the best organised polls. There were hitches, delays and security situation which were promptly dealt with to enable the people exercise their franchise."
So, what hope do we have in the fairness of  2015 Election?
