PHOTOS: First Public Appearance of Duchess Kate Since Her Second Pregnancy

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, who is three months pregnant with her second child, made her first public appearance today since her pregnancy was announced .

With her is  husband Prince William , both rode in a carriage procession to Buckingham Palace as part of the state visit by the president of Singapore.
