Man Freed after 29 years of wrongfully jailed

David McCallum was convicted for murder when he was 16 years along side with another teenager who confessed to killing a Queens man and dumping his body in a  Brooklyn park. 

The Judge Mattew J.D'Emic dismissed the indictment against the pair in Bbrooklyn Superior Court on Wednesday- 28 years, 11 months and 12 daya after his arrest- thenow 45-years fell face forward and wept.
