Before the Lagos Chief Magistrate Court, the prosecutor told the court that the defendant raped the minor several times between April 24 and September 28, at his residence at Road 311, Block 2, flat 6, at Festac Town area of the state.
A punishable under Section 137 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2011. But the defendant pleaded not guilty
The case was adjourned till November 26 while the defendant is granted a bail of N500,000 and two sureties.
