According to a new report, super wealthy Africans are spending almost £4 million( N1.04 billion) on London property every week as they snap up some of the most exclusive investments in the capital, according to the report by real estate agent (Beauchamp Estates) via UK Daily mail
The report further showed that in the past three years, £600million (N156bn) has been splashed in the London property market – with Nigerians emerging the biggest spenders, having forked out £250million (N65bn) on homes in the city in the last three years.

The estate agents said the Africans are, predominantly, from six countries, namely: Nigeria, Ghana, Congo, Gabon, Cameroon and Senegal; with billionaires – Nigeria’s Aliko Dangote and Folorunsho Alakija – emerging the biggest investors.
