Baby Boy Abandoned In A Stroller On The Sidewalk In New Orleans

Police found a one-year-old child based on estimate after they abandoned him in his stroller on a street corner at 5pm yesterday.

Officers  reportedly heard the boy crying in his stroller on a street in downtown Martin Luther King Boulevard in New Orleans Saturday Evening.

The time Picayune reported that bystanders told officers the child had been there at least 45 minutes - and that there was no sign of his parents.
