APC will be Relevant in 2019, Not now - Doyin Okupe

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs, Doyin Okupe, speaking in recent interview with the State House correspondents in any effort to counter the declared intention of the APC presidential aspirant, retired Gen. Buhari. Okupe described the opposition aspirants as "serial losers" . According to Mr. Okupe, "the APC party  have failed in the past in their quest to become president and so their declaration and participation is not a threat to PDP .
