Kerry Washington flashes some leg in striking Versace gown at 88th Academy Awards

The 38-year-old Scandal star channeled Gladiator chic in a bold black and white gown by Versace as she stepped out on the red carpet at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday.

 

A leather bodice flattered her curves while a flowing skirt flashed some leg with a thigh-high slit.When Kerry talked to ABC on the red carpet, she explained why she decided not to boycott the awards show after the #OscarsSoWhite scandal.

 

'If you look at the history of moments, the history of change, a lot of voices are needed at the table,' she said.
