Three men Brooklyn men have been arrested for trying to join ISIS and planning terror attacks on New York City - and one of the men offered to assassinate President Obama. Two of the suspects, Akhror Saidakhmetov , 19, Abdurasul Hasanovich Juraboev , 24, appeared in a Brooklyn court Wednesday for their arraignment, accompanied by an interpreter. The pair were ordered held without bail.
During a press conference, New York Police Commissioner Bill Brattonsaid 'it was quite plain' the men were planning to obtain weapons and attack officers in the US if they were unable to join ISIS. One of the suspects also allegedly offered to assassinate President Obama.
