Duane Walters, 37, is set to undergo a hysterectomy in the next six weeks after discovering he has an interior uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes and ovaries like a woman even though he also has typical exterior male genitalia.
The business development manager who waived his anonymity to speak about his astonishing condition, known as Persistent Mullerian duct syndrome (PMDS), mail online revealed.
Mr Walters revealed how he experienced strange symptoms for years, such as a dull ache after sex, but his concerns were always brushed aside by medics.
