Parents get huge red tattoos on their legs to support their daughter who has an enormous strawberry birthmark

Honey-Rae Phillips has the harmless mark up the right side of her body - and after neighbours pointed and talked in her home town of Grimsby, her parents decided to show she was just like everyone else.

Mum Tanya Phillips said: "We wanted Honey-Rae to feel special, that her birthmark was something to feel proud of and not embarrassed by"

Most women mark their 40th birthday with a luxury holiday, an indulgent trip to the spa or an expensive piece of jewellery.

But the only diamond Tanya Phillips had her eye on was the one at the end of a tattoo needle.
To celebrate her big day she embarked upon the unusual full leg four hour tattooing of a bright red birthmark.
