Woman 'drowns 3-week-old puppy in airport bathroom' because she couldn't bring it on the plane

Cynthia Anderson, 56, was arrested on Friday for allegedly killing the doberman puppy in a bathroom at the Central Nebraska Regional Airport. Police say she tried to smuggle the puppy onto her plane three times before resorting to killing the young dog. According to U.S. flight regulations, puppies younger than eight weeks old are not allowed to fly on planes. 
The travel must be important to risk prison.
