Why it May be Impossible for President to Postpone Election; Read Constitution...

Less than a month to the long awaited Nigeria presidential election that has fuelled controversial saga between opposition parties involved. Now, the new resolution to the scuffles and tension in political atmosphere is that the election be postponed. However, according tot he part of the pictured constitution section 135(3) I found from Nigeria constitution that says " If the Federation is at war ..... that  is not practicable to hold election, the National Assembly ....."

So, Lets be cleared, Nigeria is not at war to warrant any postponement of election even when the tension of killing was at its height, some government bodies still went ahead to celebrate parties.
