Duchess Kate Middleton is called thrifty for wearing a $75 worth dress (in picture) as she  visit The Fostering Network event. Does that make her cheap? Meanwhile Daily mail revealed that $56 million is spent annually to run the British royals that's is to say with her huge cut every month she still condescend sometimes wearing cheap clothing. From my perspective not bad to dress down sometimes.
