This may not be news but its a teaching nobody is ugly. Lol! With the best environment, good care and resources available, I bet any haggard looking person will be unrecognized.

For this dog a A kind-hearted woman, Lu, found the malnourished pooch near her home in Nanning, Guangxi Province, China in 2012 - and started to bring him food after claiming he was so thin that no-one would go near him. Lu decided to adopt him, calling him Tai Zhang, and welcoming him into her life. Thanks to her kindness, the dog, a Samoyed breed, recovered and was able to put on weight. He also saw his fluffy white coat grow back.
