Nigeria Kerosene to be reduced to N50 per litre

More of Jonathan campaign goodies. Lol! The price of Kerosene in Nigeria is set to be reduced to N50 per litre, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), has said.

The announcement was made via a statement released by the Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division, of NNPC, Ohi Alegbe on Sunday, January 18.

The reduction is part of a scheme, Kero Correct’ initiative, devised by the corporation which will eliminate several layers of middlemen and allow the end users benefit from the subsidy on Kerosene.
The Federal Government has also announced the reduction of fuel price in the country to N87 from an earlier price of N97.
