Beauty queen Catherine Cando, 19, died on the operating table after taking up the offer of free liposuction she won as prize for being named Queen of Duran October last year. Liposuction surgery was meant to take excess fat out of her system.
Her brother has told how the medical student put off using the treatment at first as she felt she didn't need it and wanted to lose weight through exercise, rather than surgery. But later change her mind due to pressure by her sponsors.
She also owned a new Aveo car 2015, a smart tablet - and a free course of cosmetic surgery treatment. Rest in peace.
