D’Banj Enjoys a Trip to Amsterdam Amidst Debt Rumors with Court Summons Notice over Unpaid Bills on his Gate

Rumors that Nigerian entertainer D’Banj  in mess of several debts and has been sued is in the air. According to Encomium Weekly, D’Banj is so cash strapped that he cannot pay his staff and some of them have quit.

In addition, According to NET NG, there are court summons pasted on D’Banj’s Lekki house gate (since December 17) for a court case that is supposed to be held on Monday, January 26.

 

Last year, a technology company, MindHub Technologies headed by Henry Ojogho claimed he is owing the company N15 million. According to MindHub, D’Banj, also through his company, DKM Media Limited, obtained a loan of over N60 million from them in January 2013, and has not paid back the said sum despite signing an undertaking to do so.
 

But he slammed the rumors towards the end of last year as false allegation  but it seems the stories are resurfacing again. #Every rumor is close to the truth
