Mother arrested for murder after eight children stabbed to death in Cairns

 Australia’s worst mass killings yesterday when eight children from the same family were dead from stab wounds in cairns. The children were between aged 18 months to 15 years found in pool of blood in their home in Manoora, in the north Queensland city’s west. (Read here if you missed it)


Now, the mother of seven of the children, 37,  also found with stab wounds to the chest and she is in a stable condition in the hospital but under guard has been arrested for murder of 8 children , Police said early on Saturday. Police say they are not looking for any other person for now.
