The couple bought the house in December, it sits just next to their new $20million property and is just five minutes down the road from Kris Jenner. The couple and their one-year-old daughter North will soon move into their $20m Hidden Hills estate.
Trulia also reported that the duo have acquired the neighbouring home for $2.925 million, allowing them to expand their new Hidden Hills estate into the next door plot.
According to TMZ, the couple are planning to build a giant park for kids, a basketball court and a full music studio for Kanye - so he doesn't have to venture off to Paris to record his albums. Plus a full movie theater, game room. a spa for Kim as well as a detached guest house.
