Gas explosion razed 42 shops and houses in Ondo

An incident that occur last  Saturday but went unreported until now. A gas explosion which hit Babson Gas Nigeria Limited, a gas outlet located beside Saint Thomas’ Anglican Church, Arakale area of Akure metropolis, razed over 42 shops  in the raging inferno, vanguard reports.

 The worth of properties damages is yet to be ascertained while the victim are waiting endlessly for help to come their way.

Vanguard also gathered that the sad incident left at least about eight persons critically injured could have been avoided if the owner of the gas outlet and officials of government in the state had done the needful.

Sad though.
