MTV Base has honored Wizkid their first ever ‘Artist of the Month’ for November and in a bid to celebrate Wizkid they will be backing Wizkid with a month of programmes dedicated to his life in the industry.
The whole month of November programs will feature Wizkid on MTV Base,highlights include:
A Day In The Life: Wizkid (19:00 CAT, Thursday 6 November) – exclusive footage from Wizkid’s London tour and show as well as a host of never before seen footage including Wizkid’s son singing!
The Truth: Wizkid (19:00 CAT, Thursday 13 November) – Wiz gets a step closer to his fans as he answers their questions submitted via social media. This is the only show where you will see Wizkid tell The Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but The Truth….
Videography (19:00 CAT, Thursday 20 November) – Take a walk down memory lane with Wizkid’s personal videography as he countdowns five of his biggest videos to date.
And, of course, favourite Wizkid hits such as “Show You The Money”, “In My Bed”, “On Top Of Your Matter”, “Caro”, “Bombay”, and a host of other hits will be on high rotation on MTV Base, supported by short programming inserts like “Spotlight”, where they delve into Wiz’s meteoric career, and “Top 5 Tips To Be A Starboy”.
