School Suspends13-Year-Old Student For Imitating Sergio Agüero’s Haircut

Parents of Lewis Kenny, 13-year-old student of St Ambrose Barlow High School in Wardley, Salford, are angry after the school’s management suspended him from class because of his haircut.

Kenny had cut his hair at the sides in the mohawk style known with Manchester City’s Sergio Agüero, Real Madrid’s Gareth  and a number of other football stars.

The school however considered the haircut extreme, removed Kenny from class and placed him in isolation.

His parents are angry.

Kenny’s father, 49-year-old Liam, said the suspension is wrong expects an apology from the management.

What I want is an acknowledgement that they are wrong. They have said that he has an extreme haircut and he must restyle his hair to how the school wants it,” Liam told Metro.
“The haircut is similar to Sergio Aguero and Gareth Bale and it’s a modern haircut for a boy his age to have.”

It was gathered that the school has a strict haircut rule and had recently suspended another 13-year-old for the same haircut.
