Iyanya Abuja Bus Station Bomber Challenges Detention By SSS and may have been Freed today

 

Suspected mastermind of Nyanya bus station bombing, Aminu Ogwuche was at the Federal High Court Abuja today challenging his prolong and continuous detention without trial in  the custody of State Security Service (SSS). Mr. Ogwuche's matter  could not be heard as the case was adjourned till  December 5, 2014 according to Saharareporters.
 
Mr. Ogwuche, who was repatriated from Sudan earlier in the year, is challenging his detention before  Justice Ademola Adeniyi.

 

Rumor also had it that he has been freed. How true ?I don't know...
