Zambian as selected a new acting Vice-President, Guy Scott ,following the death of President Michael Sata yesterday at age 77.
Mr Scott, who is of Scottish descent, becomes Africa's first white head of state for many years.
Presidential elections to choose a permanent successor will be held within 90 days, according to the Defence Minister Edgar Lungu.
