Nigeria has been declared officially free of Ebola after six weeks with no new cases, says World Health Organization.
This was announced by WHO's representative Rui Gama Vaz in the capital Abuja, quote it was a "spectacular success story."
Along with Nigeria, Senegal was declared Ebola-free on Friday.
Sadly. an estimated 70% of those affected in Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone have died. We must continue to pray for those countries and wish them immediate Ebola free.
