Not more than 30 local tribal leaders were murdered by Islamic State militants in Hit in the west of Baghdad according to Daily mail.
The men were thought to have been organizing the local anti-ISIS resistance and also known to be allied with the Iraq government in the embattled town.
The local leaders were captured when the ISIS overran the town
Militants paraded the men through town center before murdering them on the main street in al-Bakir district in the town of Hit where is intense fighting by ISIS jihadis and local resistance groups.
The ISIS used loud speakers to brand men 'apostates' for fighting the terrorists/Militants took control of the town during an advance earlier this month.
This is so sad, that the world is becoming too unsafe.
